To protect users, we may request information reasonably necessary to verify that you control the relevant profile or installation. Do not send a social network password, government identification, payment information, or unrelated sensitive information unless we specifically explain why it is legally required.
An authorized agent may submit a request where applicable law permits. We may request proof of the agent’s authority and may confirm the request directly with the user.
We welcome good faith reports that help protect Reddot users. Please include the affected page or feature, the impact, clear steps to reproduce, and any supporting screenshots or logs that do not expose another person’s data.
Do not perform denial of service testing, access data that is not yours, alter another person’s signal, use automated scanning that degrades the service, or publicly disclose an unresolved vulnerability. We will make a good faith effort to investigate credible reports and coordinate an appropriate resolution.
We aim to acknowledge ordinary support and security messages within five business days. Privacy requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. Under the GDPR, the ordinary response period is one month. Under the CCPA, the ordinary response period is 45 days, subject to legally permitted extensions.
Complex requests, identity verification, holidays, or unusually high request volume may affect timing. If law permits an extension, we will explain the reason and expected response date.
